Cancellation Policies for Therapy and Spiritual Services

Failure to provide more than 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment with your counselor will result in a mandatory charge of the $125.00 Late Cancellation Fee.

Failure to attend an appointment without directly notifying your counselor will result in an applied charge of a $150.00 No-Show Fee.

Failure to attend any scheduled Energy Works/Spiritual Services appointment, or cancellation of service with less than 24 hours advanced notice, will result in a charge of our Late Cancellation Fee, which is the full cost of the booked service.
