Katie's counseling perspective is existential, person-centered, and holistic, however she understands integration is key as every client is different. She has experience with adolescents, adults and older adults, complex trauma, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, LGBTQA+ issues, self-esteem, shame, grief, borderline personality disorder, and cultural identity issues.
