Kenny Lamberti
Kenny has 30 years’ experience studying and practicing various forms of martial arts, meditation, and mindfulness modalities. Kenny’s work as a Kundalini Reiki master and meditation guide center his passion for helping others find their authentic most true self and using that as the foundation to heal body, mind, and spirit. Kenny has worked nationally in the non-profit arena as a guide for teams and organizations with the mission of being of service. He has a passion for rehabilitating dogs and expanding the connection between dogs and their human companions. He provides Reiki for both individually or together. Kenny is a fierce believer in the holistic connection of all living things and calls upon that connection when working with clients. Kenny embraces the Bruce Lee concept of “be water” and aims to hold the highest energetic space while allowing for the free flow of all the universes energy in service of his clients. He believes an uncluttered mind, a strong body, and connected spirit helps all of us live the most productive, kind, and positive lives.
